The oven does the talking: the Backdraughts Classic under fresh mozzarella, the Truffle, the White Hibiscus layered with ricotta, spinach and balsamic glaze, plus Meatball Ricotta, Chicken Alfredo and Bianca. Start with wood fired garlic bread, buffalo cauliflower, fried cheese curds or Philly eggrolls. Mimi's Meatball Bowl comes stuffed with buffalo mozzarella under house red sauce, and the wedge salad arrives heavy with bacon and blue cheese. Craft beer, wine and cocktails fill out the board.
