Brunch as a party, one block off Ocean Drive on Collins Avenue. Everything is built on a croissant and almost everything involves bacon. The Main Bitch sandwiches carry names rather than descriptions: OG, Queens, Brooklyn, Noche, Juicy, Boujee, Classy. Skip the croissant and the same fillings arrive as a platter, next to chicken and waffles, red velvet waffles, shrimp and grits, steak and eggs, creme brulee toast and a short rib benedict. Billion Dollar Bacon is a side in its own right. Frozen cocktails and bubbles keep the tables loud well past noon. Loud, greasy, unapologetic, and entirely the point.
