Great Neck's dairy bagel shop on Middle Neck Road, kosher throughout and trading since 1999. Mornings run on egg-on-bagel specials, a Hobo sandwich of egg, home fries and coffee, Spanish and vegetable omelets, lox with eggs and onions, and a Belgian waffle under whipped cream. The self-serve flavored coffee bar draws the early crowd. Lunch belongs to the salads: classic tuna, honey mustard tuna, dill, whitefish, baked and poached salmon, egg with onion and mushroom, chopped herring. Paninis run Greek, Italian and tuna melt, and tofu spreads cover the non-dairy side. Catering is a serious part of the business here.
