Trading as Baker 305, this Coral Way pastry shop is run by the Montelongo family, who spent years supplying markets and cafes wholesale before opening a counter of their own in September 2025. Baker Yusel Montelongo took the Best Baguette title in Florida and placed second for croissant at a Miami baking competition that same year, having earlier won the state's pain au chocolat category.
