A downtown Miami breakfast counter on Northeast First Street that leans hard into its own name. Two eggs come with a choice of ham, bacon, turkey bacon or sausage, plated with home potatoes, loaded fries or a waffle; the Bakon Sandwich stacks egg, bacon and cheddar on brioche, and the chicken and waffle adds breaded chicken, crisp bacon and a spicy syrup. Burritos range from sausage to churrasco skirt steak with onions. Lighter orders exist too, egg whites and turkey bacon on whole wheat, or eggs with avocado, spinach and tomato. The breakfast specials come with coffee and toast included.
