Kosher Chinese cooking on NE 163rd Street, and one of the more ambitious kosher Asian menus in South Florida. The dim sum section alone runs to crystal duck dumplings, chicken shumai, pastrami buns, pan-fried beef gyoza and soup dumplings. Entrees split across chicken, beef, fish and vegetarian, with sesame and orange preparations, kung pao, Mongolian, jalapeno beef and steamed fish with ginger and scallions. Noodles cover pad thai, Singapore, Hong Kong style and lo mein, and rice bowls make a quick lunch. Desserts include fried ice cream and tempura lychee. Open Sunday through Thursday evenings and Friday lunch; closed Saturdays.
