A small South Florida taco operation with a short menu and real conviction behind it — the tagline promises a bang in every bite, and the birria is where they cash it. Beef or chicken birria goes into tacos with cheese, onion and cilantro, served with consomme for dipping. Oxtail tacos are the splurge, shrimp tacos the lighter turn, and surf and turf stacks steak and shrimp under their own bang'n sauce. Birria ramen drops the same braise into a noodle bowl. Elote cobb and banana pudding fill the edges, plus house lemonade. Ordering days are deliberately limited each week.
