A Bird Road fixture that splits its day cleanly: lunch service ends at a quarter to three, dinner picks up at five and runs late on weekends. The name promises three things and the menu delivers all of them. Thai and Japanese sides sit together, so crispy duck noodle and beef-and-meatball noodles share a card with nabeyaki udon, chicken katsu and yakitori. Tom yum and tom kha come in lemongrass or coconut versions, sized by protein. The sushi bar builds hand rolls, sashimi platters and rolls without rice. Catering is also offered. Straightforward, long-running, and priced for an ordinary weeknight.
