Banh mi is the headline, but the bowls carry the menu — bun noodle bowls, rice bowls, triple-meat combinations for the seriously hungry. Pho runs alongside bun bo hue and egg noodle soups. Summer rolls and bao buns fill the appetiser slot, and the drinks lean modern, including a double matcha cloud. Open ten until eight Monday through Saturday, closed Sundays. A small operation, quick turnaround, portions that comfortably justify the price.
