BAPA POLLO – Restaurant

Bapa Pollo cooks all-natural chicken over charcoal in an oven imported from Peru, and that one machine sets the whole menu on 8th Avenue West in Palmetto. Order a quarter, a half or a whole bird with two sides, then work the sauce station yourself — ají amarillo, ají verde, salsa, honey barbecue and the house Bapa sauce, at no extra charge. Bowls layer rice and black beans with roasted mushrooms, carrots with pumpkin seeds, street corn, guacamole and pico, and there is a vegetarian build. Churros and ice cream close it. Closed Mondays; otherwise open from eleven until nine.
