The kitchen covers ground: churrasco and vaca frita, ropa vieja, masas de puerco, baby back ribs and lamb chops off the grill, whole fried red snapper, mahi-mahi, king crab legs and lobster tail. Lighter appetites get Cuban sandwiches, crab cakes, burgers, pasta and pizza. A full bar, handcrafted cocktails, outdoor tables and the constant noise of the strip.
