Barista Babes Coffee & Matcha is a South Florida mobile cafe, founded by Marcela Galvez and Allegra Wynne-Kaplan, operating from both a trailer and a cart. It pours handcrafted coffee from Brazilian beans in a medium roast with almond and cacao notes, alongside matcha drinks and pastries from an in-house pastry chef, including empanadas, chocolate chip banana bread, cinnamon rolls, pecan blondies, and energy balls. The cart makes regular weekly stops on the University of Miami campus, near the School of Communication and the Cox Science Building, and also books private events such as bridal showers, weddings, and corporate gatherings.
