The signature is a jumbo lump Maryland style crab cake, four ounces as a starter or eight as an entree over roasted corn salsa. Around it: key lime scampi with tequila and linguine, filet tip stroganoff, Tuscan chicken pasta, sauteed sea bass, and a smash burger with special sauce.
