Seventh Avenue in Ybor City, doors open until midnight every night, and the taco is yours to design: tortilla, protein, cheese, toppings, six steps. Barbacoa beef, cola-marinated steak, blackened cod, jalapeno-lime shrimp, chorizo, pan-seared portobellos and Thai chili tofu all sit on one board, and the same build works as a bowl or as nachos under queso blanco.
