Golf-course views fill the clubhouse windows, and the membership has been dining behind them since 1991. The Bayou Club Grill anchors the day with Chef Emmett's menu, a full bar, happy-hour specials and an outdoor patio facing the course; weekly traditions run to Burgers and Brews Night and themed dinners. The Formal Dining Room seats sixty beside a fireplace and hosts monthly wine dinners built on regional five-course menus.
