BELLAS CABARET – Restaurant

An after-dark room on Southeast 14th Street in Hialeah, minutes from Miami International, that opens at eight and runs until five in the morning. This is a gentlemen's club first, but there is a working kitchen behind it and table service throughout: croquetas, tostones, yucca fries, quesadillas, mozzarella sticks, chicken wings, a charcuterie board and a sampler platter built for sharing. Bottle service covers champagne, cognac and tequila, with hookah and cigars alongside. Entry is twenty-one and over, seven nights a week. Expect a late crowd of locals, visitors and party bookings rather than anything like a conventional dinner service.
