Owner Chef JP spent years in hotel and restaurant kitchens, ran a food truck single handed, and four years later has a restaurant. Order the Single Smash or the double patty Miami Smash, both stacked with maduro, potato sticks and signature smash sauce. Buttermilk fried chicken, the Fried Island with pineapple and bbq, and a queso frito bun option round it out. Onion rings, loaded fries, guava and colada shakes.
