Beverly Hills Hotel – Restaurant

The Polo Lounge does power breakfasts and late martinis, with the McCarthy salad on the card for decades and steak tartare mixed tableside by the maitre d'. Beneath the staircase, the Fountain Coffee Room seats nineteen at a curved counter for pancakes, burgers, pies and house made ice cream until four. Poolside, the Cabana Cafe sends out truffle fontina eggs benedict, tuna tartare and wood fired pizzas. Non residents can book. Dress the part and ask for a corner booth.
