A south Fort Myers cafe built around the idea that healthy should not taste like penance. Coffee is locally roasted and poured over coffee ice cubes made in house. Food is short and specific: a Breakfast Stacksy of fluffy omelet, melty cheese and avocado on toasted sourdough; the Energizer bowl of kale, spinach, avocado, grilled corn and deviled egg under lemon-tahini; an Ultimate Tuna sandwich with plantain strips. Protein smoothies carry names like Flexpresso, Power Up and Orange Rush. Ceremonial matcha, lavender limeade, dragonfruit quenchers, fresh lemonades. Vegan, gluten-free and low-carb options are marked, and Argentinian empanadas turn up too.
