BIG G'S BBQ – Restaurant

Gary Stutson runs Big G's out of a fully equipped mobile vending trailer on SW Railroad Avenue in Indiantown, out in western Martin County. The list is short and unfussy: barbecue chicken, barbecue ribs and fried fish, with potato salad, baked beans and macaroni and cheese to round the plate out. Thursday through Saturday, ten until six, and that is the trading week. Parking is easy, debit and credit cards are fine, and the same kitchen caters events around Indiantown and Booker Park. No dining room, no pretence, and no menu longer than it needs to be. Turn up hungry.
