Open since December 1996 on Collins Avenue, Big Pink is Myles Chefetz's oversized take on the diner, with more than two hundred items and a TV Dinner of daily specials served on a stainless steel tray. Order the chili tachos, the Piggy Mac of Carolina pulled pork under smoked gouda mac and cheese, a Mac-N-Cheese Steak, Thanksgiving on a Roll, or a Maryland crab cake. Breakfast crowds and after-club crowds share the same loud, bright room.
