The griddle turns out hamburguesas layered with queso de mano, smoked ham and bacon, and the Super Tatos piles a beef patty, a chicken fillet and lomito into one bun. Perros calientes arrive buried under shredded cabbage, crisp potato and tartar sauce. Patacones use double plantain tapas around shredded beef or roast pernil. The arepa cabimera comes fried and stuffed with carne mechada, white cheese and egg. There are choripanes, tequenos, choripapas, pork chicharrones, tacos, and a grill section of lomo de aguja with chorizo and chimichurri. One of several Miami-Dade counters.
