Pasta is clearly the backbone: pappardelle bolognese, linguine with clam sauce, penne alla vodka, cacio e pepe, rigatoni tartufo, lobster pappardelle, lasagna and stuffed shells. Entrees reach for osso bucco, chicken scarpariello, chicken marsala and a grilled rib eye. The sandwich board is long and properly Italian, with prosciutto and fresh mozzarella, mortadella and stracciatella, capocollo and stracchino, veal parmigiano. Fourteen-inch gourmet pizzas, arancini, and deep-fried Oreos to close it out. Unpretentious, generous, deeply Italian.
