Two halves of one counter in ChampionsGate: Blend pours the drinks, Bite presses the food. The espresso bar runs from cortado to dirty chai, alongside frappes, house lemonades in cherry, watermelon and coconut, ginger wellness shots and a caffeine-free purple sweet-potato latte the shop leads with. Smoothies are blended to order, from Peanut Power to a kale-heavy Green Smoothie, with acai and dragon fruit bowls built to your toppings. On the Bite side, paninis pressed on rustic Italian bread, breakfast plates, Colombian and Venezuelan empanadas and Belgian waffles. Open from seven o'clock most mornings. Bright, laptop-friendly, easy to linger in.
