Six nights a week, dinner only, in a Palm Beach Road unit where the Thai cooking runs from scratch: no jarred sauces, no frozen shortcuts, seafood arriving daily and herbs used whole. Crispy duck basil comes with seasonal vegetables. Seafood pad cha brings shrimp, clams, mussels, scallop and fish together in one fiery pan. Khao soi, massaman curry with vegetables, quarter roast duck, and Thai steak with sticky rice and jeaw dipping sauce round out the order. No liquor licence, so bring your own bottle. Vegetarians and vegans are accommodated. Larger parties book ahead. Balance over shortcuts, plate after plate.
