BLUE SAKE – Restaurant

A small pan-Asian room on Main Street in Dunedin, trading since 2013 and run locally, with soft light and softer music. Blue Sake does not pick one country and stay there: the kitchen cooks Thai, Chinese, Korean and Japanese side by side, so a table might share edamame, tom yum soup and a bento box before the sushi arrives. The house rolls carry the neighbourhood's name, with the Blue Sake roll and the Dunedin roll leading the list, and the firecracker roll for anyone wanting heat. Dine in, collect, or have it delivered. Open from late morning through the evening.
