BOATYARD – Restaurant
The Boatyard sits on Lemon Bay inside Manasota Key Resort on Gulf Boulevard, a bayside bar and grill with a stage for live music and the water at the doorstep. Its bites menu runs long: Maryland-style crab balls in lemon caper sauce, fried grouper on brioche with cajun chipotle remoulade, mahi tacos under lime crema, coconut shrimp with mango duck sauce, seared tuna, and a chilled Maine lobster roll. Ski alley sliders, yard dogs and pulled pork cover the casual end; protein and tuna avocado bowls the lighter one. Brunch runs Friday to Sunday mornings. Seasonal, and worth the timing.
