Boca West Country Club poolside restaurant sits inside the private club Aquatics Center, doing business as the Cabana Bar and Grill, a full-service bar and kitchen wrapped around a terrace with lounge seating and firepits by the pool and golf course. Florida inspectors have logged a working line here -- a salad station handling avocados and shrimp, a walk-in freezer stocked with tater tots, and a three-compartment sink -- behind chef-driven salads, sandwiches and cocktails served alfresco. It is one of roughly ten dining venues at the club, open to members and guests, running a real kitchen, not a cabana.
