Doral's Venezuelan kitchen opens early for breakfast arepas and keeps the grill going late. Tequenos and the Sampler Reloaded start most tables; ceviches follow, from the classic to Vuelve a la Vida and the house version. Pabellon Criollo Venezolano and Hervido Criollo hold the traditional line, while the Parrilla Mixta with picanha, wok smoked lomo and special fried rice show a broader reach. Cachapas, burgers, fried green plantains, Latin rice plates and thick milkshakes fill out an unusually long menu. Regulars mention the size of the plates, the fair prices and servers who happily steer newcomers. Generous, unfussy, thoroughly Venezuelan.
