Drunk food, made from scratch, is the whole proposition here: a family-run South Florida mobile kitchen that opens when the bars start emptying and works straight through the small hours. Nothing waits under a lamp. Burgers hit the flat-top to order, whether that is the Boozy Original with lettuce, tomato and American cheese, the chorizo version finished with guacamole and pink sauce, or the portobello Bello under swiss and pepper mayo. Twelve-inch all-beef hot dogs, a Cuban dog with honey ham, arepas con queso and a vegetarian quesadilla round it out. Catering is available. Simple food, cooked properly, very late.
