A weekday lunch counter inside downtown Miami's Stephen P. Clark Government Center, open from seven in the morning and finished by late afternoon, Monday to Friday only. The menu is short and built for a queue: ham and cheese or veggie sandwiches on a white or wheat baguette; a plain hot dog, or the Classic City with sauerkraut, relish and onions; veggie and chicken burritos where you choose the wrap, the rice and the bean. Baked ziti comes plain or with meat sauce. The Bottega Chop and Go Naked Chop are chopped-chicken bowls, small or large. Takeaway and catering too.
