BRAMERS BRAZILIAN CUISINE – Restaurant

Brazilian comfort food on Gateway Boulevard in Boynton Beach, open since 2018 and built for sharing plates. Starters set the tone: calabresa sausage with sauteed onions over french fries or fried yuca, frango a passarinho fried bone-in with garlic, strips of picanha sirloin off the grill. The burger board is unapologetically Brazilian, stacking the X Deluxe with double bacon, ham, fried egg, corn and catupiry. Salads range from a Caesar to a summer plate of kiwi, strawberries and gorgonzola. Then dessert: acai bowls under granola and fruit, sweet pizzas, thick, creamy milkshakes. Wings, pizzas and sandwiches round the order out.
