A kosher-certified pizzeria on Sherman Way in Reseda, family-run since 2003 and dairy through and through. The spinach pizza is the one regulars order without looking; behind it sit malawach and pesto pies, an eggplant-and-tomato, an alfredo-sauce base. Beyond pizza the kitchen ranges wide: falafel in pita or on a plate, spinach-and-cheese stuffed pretzels, eggplant parmigiana, spinach lasagna, cheese ravioli, soy-meat burritos, spicy vegetable quesadillas, lentil and minestrone soups, Israeli and Greek salads. Baked salmon and a fish burger cover heavier appetites; cheesecake closes it out. Dine in, take out or delivery, with Friday hours ending early ahead of Shabbat.
