BRASS TAP – Restaurant
Midtown's Thomasville Road beer bar pours from more than sixty taps and keeps several hundred bottles in rotation, which is the reason most people walk through the door. Opening runs mid-afternoon on weekdays and midday at weekends, with a two in the morning close on the back half of the week. The kitchen sends out shareables meant to survive a long stay: wings, gourmet pretzels with beer cheese, flatbreads, nachos and sliders in several versions. Live music, televised sport and a cigar patio round out the offer. It draws a genuinely mixed Tallahassee crowd. Deep list, easy room, no ceremony.
