BRASS TAP – Restaurant
Set in the Piazza at Wiregrass, Wesley Chapel, this craft beer bar opens mid-afternoon and runs to one in the morning, later at weekends, pouring a rotating board of 150-plus draught and bottled selections alongside wine and cocktails. The kitchen sends out Gilroy garlic fries, crispy Brussels sprouts with bacon and balsamic, pork potstickers, Boom Boom shrimp and hand-breaded cheese curds, plus stone-baked pizzas, brisket tacos and wings in a dozen sauces and dry rubs. The weekly events calendar carries trivia nights, bingo, karaoke and live music. Come for the tap list. Stay because someone keeps handing you the microphone.
