BROADWAY PALM DINNER THEATRE – Restaurant
Dinner comes first here. Buffet at half past five, curtain at half past seven, in a 382-seat room on Colonial Boulevard that has staged musicals since 1993. Executive chef Ted Jenkins rewrites the American-style buffet for every production, holding a salad bar, one fish entree and at least one gluten-free and one vegan dish on the line; Friday and Saturday evenings add a plated option. Matinee crowds eat at half past eleven. A full bar pours in the lobby and the dining room, and an 86-seat black box stages its own season. Show-only tickets exist; drinks and desserts cost extra.
