Bröd & Salt – cafe

A hantverksbageri first and a cafe second. Everything is baked at the company's own bakery in Vastberga by traditional methods and natural ingredients, then sent out to shops in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Uppsala and Norrkoping: soft buns, pastries, sourdough sandwiches and pizza pulled fresh from the oven. Every branch also runs a salad bar of roughly fifty components, prepped daily by in-house chefs and sold by weight, so lunch is whatever you build. Pavement seating opens with the season, several central Stockholm addresses double as co-working space, and catering runs from team lunches to after-work spreads. An app carries member discounts.
