BROOKLYN DUMPLING SHOP – Restaurant

Order at a kiosk, watch a numbered locker flash from red to green, and pull your own dumplings out of the wall. The Miami shop sits at street level in MiamiCentral, steps from the Brightline and Metromover platforms, open daily from eleven in the morning. The premise is that everything is better in a dumpling: Korean barbecue, kung pao chicken, mac and cheese, chicken parm and bacon cheeseburger fillings alongside classics like wagyu beef, pork and cabbage, and bok choy ginger. Brooklyn Bowls, tempura bites, hibachi noodles and edamame round out the tray. Smashed apple pie dumplings finish the run.
