Brooklyn Pizza – Restaurant
Denver's kosher pizzeria, opened in 2012 on South Monaco Street Parkway when the city needed one and David Lustig decided to build it, named for his wife Noelle, who grew up in Brooklyn. Everything is certified kosher and entirely meat-free. Pies run twelve and eighteen inches with a ten-inch gluten-free base, sold whole or by the slice, and calzones come mozzarella or vegetable. Around them: garlic knots, fried pickles, curly fries, a Brooklyn salad, tilapia tacos, fish and chips, plant-based wraps. Zeppoles at the end. The week follows the Jewish calendar, closing early Friday and reopening late on Saturday night.
