BRUNO'S FOOD TRUCK – Restaurant
Trading since 2013, this Fort Lauderdale truck built its following on Caribbean-American plates served fast and without ceremony. Griot, the crisp Haitian fried pork, anchors everything, turning up as a sandwich, a burrito and a salad. Burgers get their own billing: the Bruno's Triple, the Nice Nice, the Southern BBQ. Seafood runs to snapper, salmon and shrimp, sold as combos or full platters, and a vegan corner covers a falafel wrap and a portobello melt. Mornings bring omelettes, breakfast platters and sandwiches. Root beer floats and milkshakes finish the order. Catering and private events run out of the same kitchen.
