The flavor board on Plaza Drive is a moving target, and that is deliberate. Ice cream is made in the store, with more than two dozen flavors set out daily from a rotation of about 150 recipes, so last week's favorite may have already been replaced. Waffle cones are baked on the premises. Order scoops in cups or waffle bowls, or go bigger: sundaes, banana splits, Blasts packed with mix-ins, shakes and freezes. Sherbet, Italian ice, sorbet, no-sugar-added and oat-milk versions round it out, and cakes and cream pies handle birthdays. Outdoor seating, and it stays open late every night.
