BRUSTER'S ICE CREAM – Restaurant
The Atlantic Boulevard shop makes its ice cream on the premises, which is the reason the flavor list changes so often - better than two dozen out daily, from about 150 recipes in rotation. Waffle cones are baked in-store. Order a simple scoop in a cone or cup, or build outward into sundaes, banana splits, Blasts loaded with candy and cookie mix-ins, thick shakes and freezes. Sherbets, Italian ices, sorbets, no-sugar-added and oat-milk versions serve everyone else, and cakes and cream pies get ordered ahead. There is a drive-through and outdoor seating, and the hours run eleven to ten daily.
