BRYSON'S IRISH PUB – Restaurant

A Curtiss Parkway pub that keeps genuinely late hours, the bar running into the small hours seven days a week with the kitchen not far behind. The wings are the calling card, thrown in buffalo, barbecue, teriyaki, garlic parmesan or a dry rub, and backed by onion rings and chili cheese fries. Past that it is straight bar-and-grill cooking: cheeseburgers, a Philly cheese steak, grilled mahi-mahi. Corned beef and cabbage surfaces when the season calls for it. A package store sits attached for the walk home, and delivery runs as well. Miami's late-night crowd already knows the address by heart.
