BURGER JAMES – Restaurant

A smashburger specialist working out of West 76th Street in Hialeah, with a truck that takes the same griddle on the road. The menu is short on purpose: an OG Smash in single, double or triple, each one cheese, house Donk sauce and pickle on a Martin's potato roll, and nothing else crowding the plate. A vegan smash and a chicken sandwich cover the rest, with fries and combo meals alongside. Smash Boxes come by the five, ten or twenty when you are feeding a crowd. Clean, modern room, quick counter service, and a burger built for the lacy edges.
