Central Avenue got its own branch when this Queens smash-burger operation crossed into the Five Towns, and the standard travelled with it. Beit Yosef-certified beef, hand-pressed and smashed thin so the edges go crisp. Chicken breaded by hand every morning. Fries cut in-house. Buns baked Pas Yisroel.
