BURNT SMOKEHOUSE AND BAR – Restaurant
Kosher barbecue done the slow Southern way, in a Glades Road bay in Boca Raton since 2021. Shmully Sabol and Seth Warshaw built the place around a smoker, and the board reads accordingly: brisket, burnt ends, beef baby back ribs, lamb ribs, veal neck, short ribs, half a chicken. Not everything comes off the smoker. A twelve-ounce cast-iron ribeye, chicken parmesan and a Carolina Gold brisket burger widen the range, with Brussels sprouts and Caesar alongside and zeppoles to finish. Rustic textures, modern polish, a full bar, live music, indoor and outdoor tables. Dinner only, and closed Friday and Saturday.
