Curtiss Parkway's Tex-Mex mainstay, run by Jeff and Anna Dunevitz since 2007 and still family-operated in the heart of downtown Miami Springs. The room leans into Mexican-inspired decor, and the sidewalk cafe out front is where regulars settle in. The kitchen builds burritos to order, grilled chicken, carnitas or fish, and turns out sizzling fajitas with chicken, steak, shrimp or a mix, enchiladas rancheras and suizas, fish tacos, quesadillas, chimichangas, burgers and salads served in crisp tortilla shells. Nachos and flautas start things off. Neighbours praise the consistency and the welcome. Dine in, take out or delivery, and closed Sundays.
