BURROW – Restaurant

Morning on Bald Eagle Drive starts here, beans roasted in house and the espresso machine already working. The Burrow lives two lives: a coffee bar from seven pouring frozen coffee, matcha and smoothies, then a full kitchen and bar carrying through to dinner. Breakfast means omelets, avocado toast, acai bowls and fresh baked goods. Later the board turns to a hummus plate, a tuna poke stack and espresso martinis, with happy hour landing mid afternoon most days.
