Steak comes off a New York strip, joined by chicken, shrimp and salmon, ordered as one protein, two or three, over hibachi rice and vegetables. A filet mignon upgrade waits for anyone feeling flush. Wings come by the order, and a lunch plate pairs fried rice with five of them. Sides and a la carte proteins let you build it your own way. The truck moves, so check where it has parked. Loud, fast and seriously good griddle cooking.
