Toes in the sand at DiamondHead Beach Resort, this open-air bar and grille was flattened by Hurricane Ian and rebuilt on the same stretch of Estero Boulevard. The kitchen keeps things beachy: Mongolian shrimp in boom boom sauce, coconut shrimp, peel-and-eat shrimp with Old Bay, smoked grouper fish dip, a charred half-pound burger, a fried shrimp po' boy, a grouper reuben on rye. Watermelon and island salads lighten the load. Happy hour runs three to six daily on drafts and well drinks, live music most afternoons, and the doors close at eight. Sunset does the rest of the work here.
